EJ's (they/she) work has appeared or is forthcoming in Cleaver Magazine, Hobart, HAD, Wigleaf, Juked, Pidgeonholes, FOTD, The Doctor T.J. Eckleburg Review, McSweeney's Internet Tendency, Necessary Fiction, Fwriction: Review, Lost Balloon and others. They read for Philadelphia Stories and co-host the supernatural history podcast SLAYING MONSTERS with M. Scott Johnston and Katie Simpson. Their debut novel, Confessions of a Curious Bookseller came out in 2020 through Lake Union.

 

Hailing from Upstate NY, EJ now lives in a suburb just outside of Philadelphia with their partner and two cats. When they are not writing, EJ is training in aikido, bouldering at the rock gym, and learning Spanish.
